This route was designed by the Twin Cities Bike Club winter riding in Phoenix and has proven to be one of my favorites. The first part of the ride has you cruising through suburban residential areas of northern Mesa and then swings off into the Usery Mountain Regional Park. This is where the ride gets awesome. The desert scenery and setting so close to the city is perfect for a great scenic ride.
